Collegium Enters into Letter of Intent for Zero-Carbon, Mass Timber Community Development in Ontario

September 9, 2022
Calgary, Alberta – Collegium Technologies Inc. (“Collegium”) has entered into a Letter of Intent (LOI) to use the Collegium process and Technology Platform to deliver a large-scale, Zero-Carbon, Mass Timber Development in Ontario.
The Project is in the Planning Phase and will break-ground in Summer 2023. A final contract is anticipated to be completed in Q4 2022.
“The cost of Design & Construction is rising unsustainably. Housing and Community Infrastructure is becoming more and more unaffordable and “Affordable” housing has become nothing more than a myth in Canada. The business model of Design & Construction is the problem and Real Estate Developers are looking for solutions so they can create greater value for their customers”, said Luke West, Cofounder of Collegium. “This Letter of Intent further validates the Collegium solution and our belief that complex problems are best solved by working toward a common outcome, utilizing advanced technologies, and disengaging with antiquated frameworks, regardless of how entrenched they are in our industry. We look forward to sharing more details soon”.
